These terms apply to your use of this website and to enquiries about EV charging installation in Santa Clara and the surrounding Santa Clara County area. By using the site or contacting us through it, you accept them.

Our Services

Santa Clara EV Charger Installation is a licensed C-10 electrical contractor providing EV charging installation and related electrical work. That includes Level 2 charger installation, Tesla Wall Connector installation, NEMA 14-50 outlet installation, electrical panel upgrades to support charging, hardwired charger installation, commercial and workplace charging stations, multi-family and HOA charging, and charger repair and troubleshooting.

Work is carried out under permit where a permit is required, and electrical installations are inspected by the relevant municipal authority. Descriptions of services on this website are general; the actual scope of any job is set out in the written quote provided after an on-site assessment.

Use of the Website

This website is provided for information about our services. You may read it, print pages for your own reference, and contact us using the number published on it.

You may not use this site in any way that interferes with its operation, attempts to gain unauthorised access to it, or misrepresents your identity when contacting us.

Appointments and Estimates

Assessment visits are arranged by telephone and are provided at no charge. During an assessment we examine the electrical service, carry out a load calculation and measure the proposed circuit route, after which we provide a written quote.

A written quote reflects the conditions observed during that assessment. Where conditions are discovered during the work that could not reasonably have been observed beforehand, such as concealed wiring faults or structural obstructions, we will stop, explain what has been found and agree any change in writing with you before continuing. Appointment windows are estimates and can be affected by permitting timelines, utility coordination and earlier jobs running long.

Intellectual Property

The text, layout, images and design of this website belong to the operator of this site or are used with permission. You may not copy or republish substantial portions of this site for your own commercial purposes.

Product names, brand names and trade marks referred to on this site, including charger manufacturers, belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the equipment we install.

Disclaimers

Information on this website is general and is not a substitute for an on-site assessment by a licensed electrician. Electrical capacity, code requirements, permitting processes and rebate programmes vary by property, by municipality and over time, and nothing on this site should be relied on as a statement about your specific property.

Nothing on this website is legal, financial or tax advice, including anything said about rebates or incentives. This site is provided on an as-is basis, and we do not warrant that it will be free of errors or always available.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information published on it.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects the terms of any separate written agreement covering work we carry out for you.

Third-Party Links

This site may link to other websites, including charger manufacturers, municipal permitting pages and utility rebate programmes, where those links are useful to visitors.

We do not control those websites, we are not responsible for their content, and a link should not be read as an endorsement of everything on the site it points to.

Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California.
